At Fashroot, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Returns and Exchanges:
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@fashroot.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Size or Color Discrepancies: If the item you received differs in size or color from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by Fashroot.
Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a defect or discrepancy in size or color, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

Return Policy Exclusions:
Our return policy does not apply to items that have been used, worn, or damaged after receipt by the customer.
Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
